Part time-study is only available to local students and is generally completed by day classes as there are limited night classes.
This program includes work-integrated learning in public and private health settings. You will interact with people of different genders and backgrounds through 'hands-on' activities, which may include physical observation and touch. You will also practise these skills in the classroom by working with other students.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in Midwifery, the Graduate Diploma in Midwifery at UWS is a year long course developed for registered nurses.
All enrolled nurses have guaranteed entry. Applicants with the Enrolled Nurses Advanced Certificate or Certificate IV may also receive recognition of prior learning. Registered nurses with a certificate or diploma in nursing undertake eight units in B Nursing in order to convert their qualifications to a Bachelor degree.
